Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement (if stock levels permit)/credit note or refund if the item delivered to you was incorrect due to a despatch error or a defective item. Unfortunately no refund will be provided for change of mind.

Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the sender, we will not accept any goods that have been altered, used, cut into or no longer in original condition.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

the bottom line will endeavour to represent all products and information as accurately as possible at the time of listing within the Product Description. Please note at times there may be variances due to reasons such as misrepresentation of shade due to screen colour, the manufacturing and dyeing process of fabrics etc. In these instances it is outside of our control and its normal to have a +-10% variance in the manufacturing industry and considered acceptable.

bottom line endeavours to ensure that all fabric utilised in bottom line products  are manufactured under strict conditions and protocols using non toxic/hazardous material and dyes.

Pricing and Payment

the bottom line reserves the rights to amend prices at any time and without prior notice. Finalisation of sale between the bottom line and the customer occurs when payment has been made and items have been shipped to the customer. 

the bottom line currently accepts payment via PayPal and Stripe (for customer and seller protection).

Processing and Delivery Times

For instock orders we will endeavour to ship your order within 3 - 5 business days, business days are between Monday - Friday. Please note this processing time also applies to Express Post items.

Limitation of Liability

the bottom line is not liable or responsible for the safety of any products that is created after the original fabric has been altered and/or made into another product from its original state. We are selling you the product as is and it is your responsibility to ensure it is stored, used appropriately,  safely and complies with AU standards and regulations as set out by governing bodies.

the bottom line will not be liable or responsible for any loss due to discrepancies created by purchasing through the website, delays in deliveries or shortage in fabric supplies due to overselling or shortage in pre-order production.
